This timeframe allows you to relax deeply, disconnect from daily stress, and fully enjoy a restorative experience without feeling rushed. We find that around an hour and a half is ideal to encourage a state of calm and balance, giving space for every moment of the practice to unfold naturally.
Does the session involve undressing?
Our sessions are always guided by your comfort and preferences. Some clients choose to remain partially clothed, while others prefer a greater level of openness to fully relax. At Essence of Eva, you are always invited to undress only to the extent that feels right for you.

Not at all. You do not need any prior experience to benefit from a session at Essence of Eva. Many of our guests are new to these practices, and our practitioners will guide you clearly and supportively, explaining everything along the way We always move at your pace, making sure you feel comfortable and relaxed from start to finish. All you need is an open mind and a sense of curiosity – nothing else is required.
How should I prepare for the session?
Preparation is simple. We recommend a warm shower beforehand, so you arrive feeling fresh and relaxed. Try to avoid a heavy meal or alcohol for a couple of hours before, as this helps your body feel lighter and more comfortable.
Dress in loose, comfortable clothing that’s easy to change. There’s nothing special you need to bring – everything is provided for you.
The most important thing is to come with an open and relaxed mindset. If you feel a little nervous, a few slow, deep breaths before we begin can help you feel centred. From the moment you arrive, our team will be there to support you and answer any questions, so you can feel safe, welcome, and at ease.
